You are free.

Hi lovely people!!   Happy 4th of July!  I hope you're out playing somewhere. :)

Celebrate your summer, fireworks, family, friends, and food on this beautiful mid-summer day.  I think the sun is shining in every area of the country this afternoon. :) Be gentle with yourself on this summer holiday.
 You deserve it.

How delicious does the plate of food above look?  Mmmmmmmm. I go weak for grapes and cheese. And the beach below with the dark outlines of sailboats against the setting sun?  Even yummier.

"She said she usually cried at least once a day not because she was sad, but because the world was so beautiful and life was so short."
-Brian Andreas

"When we were children, we used to think that when we were grown up we would no longer be vulnerable.  But to grow up is to accept vulnerability.  To be alive is to be vulnerable."
-Madeleine L'Engle

"I walk the burning cathedral of summer.  My bank of wild grass is majestic and full of music.  It's a fire that solitude presses against my lips."
-Violette Leduc

And most of all today....

celebrate your freedom.

"Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power and the fear of freedom shrinks or vanishes.
 You are free."
-Jim Morrisson
