How are you guys?? Happy Sunday!!!!
So summer is leaving us, autumn is a few steps away, and that's ok with me. :) I LOVE autumn. Summer to autumn (to me) is the sweetest shift in seasons; when the winds pick up, the fruits are in bloom, the waters are warmed from summer heat, and a crispness fills the air that you can practically taste. Indian summer gradually gives way into the brilliant display of colors, particularly in New England. Autumn is absolutely glorious on the east coast, and every single year I miss it more. Pumpkin and apple picking were some of my favorite things to do every September, as a child, and even as an adult. : ) Cheers to saying goodbye to summer for now....
... and think about the beauty that's yet to come.
A few more lovely things.
Delicate late summer dresses......
Southern California- the place that truly is everything you'd imagine it to be....
Gazing out of gorgeous windows....
Perfect fences...
Children and stunning aquariums....
And berries, particularly blackberries and blueberries that are deliciously tangy yet so sweet...
Sweet dreams, and do remember...
